Information technology is a knowledge-based multi-disciplinary especially communications and computer systems. This field is the study of the use of processes and tools to address the various forms of information.
IT (Information Technology) and ICT (Information and Communication Technology) is the technology required for data processing. The scope is very broad topic of technology with respect to all aspects of managing and processing information. Accurately and easily, use of computers and software is to convert, store, protect, process, transmit, view and retrieve information regardless of place and time.

Integration of information technology in teaching means teaching process involves the application of computer technology as well as using ICT oriented teaching aids in language teaching. For example, the use of computerized corpus to find related words and sentences.
STATEMENT OF PROBLEM
The use of computer or information technology material is a new platform that is brought into the world of education. Thus, there are weaknesses that arise as a result of lack of skill in handling and management . Therefore, this study would like to discuss the problems in the integration of information technology in language teaching . Things that focus on issues related to the integration of research in language teaching among others, the level of skills of teachers in the field of information technology. The use of information technology in educational materials , particularly in terms of teaching and learning has currently become an important thing for teachers .
Use of information technology in teaching and learning can improve students' reading comprehension better. This case we see that , in terms of information search learning materials and the latest in a particular topic can be done by students using information technology tools such as through a computer , the Internet and so on .
We can see that, the use of information technology in teaching and learning requires a teacher's skills to operate in a matter, therefore, the integration of information technology in language teaching in primary schools there are some limitations that should be concerned is the lack of trained teachers in the field information technology . Teachers who have long been in the field of language teaching in particular lack of experience and exposure with the use of ICT , therefore, unskilled teachers to create lesson plans based on ICT . Such things cause problems arise where the integration of information technology in teaching and learning a language can not be executed. This will retard the development of the use of information technology , especially among students.
